DELIVERY TIMES
FOX makes every effort to prepare and hand over the order to the carrier within an average of one (1) to three (3) business days from the day following the customer's order confirmation.

Products ordered by the customer will be delivered to the address provided by the customer within an indicative period of 10 business days from the date of order confirmation, except during special periods (such as Christmas, Black Friday, etc.).

For countries outside France, the average delivery time is between 5 and 12 business days.

Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or location-specific issues. FOX accepts no responsibility for extended delivery times caused by the carrier, including product loss or strikes.

To track an order, the customer must click the link sent by email after shipping and use the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email.

If a product is unavailable, FOX will notify the customer as soon as possible, and a refund will be issued without delay and no later than 30 days after the order confirmation.

If a longer delivery time is expected, FOX will inform the customer as soon as possible by any means, allowing the customer to choose whether to maintain or cancel part or all of their order.

FOX is not responsible for any consequences of events beyond its control, including cases of force majeure or unforeseen events that delay or prevent product delivery.

If the delivery period is exceeded by more than 14 days, the customer may cancel their order by sending an email to contact@foxbasicswear.com.

FOX reserves the right to choose the shipping carrier and guarantees proper delivery of the products.

IMPORTANT: If a package is returned to sender due to non-collection or an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer, FOX reserves the right to charge the customer additional shipping fees. If the package is returned again, it will not be resent and the full order amount, including any additional shipping costs, will be retained by FOX.

DELIVERED COUNTRIES
We deliver to mainland France, the European Union, or internationally at the customer's discretion.

DELIVERY VERIFICATION
FOX guarantees the conformity of the delivered product with the essential characteristics described on the website, for its intended use.

In cases of abnormal or abusive returns, FOX reserves the right to refuse to fulfill future orders.

SHIPPING FEES
Shipping fees are billed at the rate in effect on the day of the order and may vary depending on the delivery location and method selected by the customer. The customer acknowledges and accepts this explicitly.

The customer is informed of the delivery conditions before final confirmation of their order.

FOX is not responsible for taxes and additional service fees imposed by certain countries.

Customers are responsible for any restrictions, duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. FOX will not be held liable for any such customs duties, taxes, or fees under any circumstances.

For international orders, if the package reaches the destination country and:

• The customer refuses the package

• No delivery attempt is successful at the address provided

Then FOX reserves the right to abandon the said package and no refund will be issued.
